I came across Star Glow while looking for a Reiki therapist, not long after my arrival to Lisbon. Great that I found Mafalda: she speaks perfect English and is the friendliest person.She made me feel welcome straight away. I went for Reiki but have tried as well since then her Ayurveda massage. All her therapies are very relaxing and invigorating and are an absolute treat for the body and mind. I definitely recommend her.

I had never heard much about Reiki, and had never experienced it before. Once I moved to Lisbon I was having a hard time with my personal life, very anxious and not knowing what to do next. After my first session of Reiki I felt very relaxed and calm, I had many chakras that were unblocked that day. I can say that after that I started to be more assertive, focusing on myself rather than the people around me, and being more proactive. So I went a second time, and Mafalda's response and reaction to my positive results from our second session were very rewarding. I am happy I found this new alternative therapy and Mafalda has been great in guiding me through it all. I definitely recommend it.

Mafalda definitely has a special gift for the Ayurvedic work she does; she is a true healer, and her massages are worth every penny. She also gives you a personalised consultation each time you have a session in order to address whatever your needs are at the time. Highly recommended.

Já conhecia o trabalho da Mafalda. A magia dos ensinamentos do ayurveda já tinha despertado muita curiosidade através da sua voz e, quando a Mafalda lançou este curso, eu não tive dúvidas: queria fazer parte desta jornada maravilhosa.
